From the first conversation through to final handover, we manage every stage of your project — combining thoughtful design, carefully selected products and experienced installation to create a bathroom that works beautifully for the way you live.

Consultation
Every project begins with a conversation.
We'll discuss your ideas, requirements, style and budget, giving us an understanding of what you would like to achieve and how we can help bring it together.
Book Survey
We visit your home to carry out a detailed survey of the existing space.
Measurements are taken and the practical elements of the room are assessed, allowing us to explore layout possibilities and identify any important considerations before the design work begins.
Design
Using everything we've learned about you and your space, we develop a bathroom design tailored around both aesthetics and everyday use.
You'll be presented with detailed layouts and realistic 3D visualisations, allowing you to see how your new bathroom will look and feel before installation begins.
Specification
Once the design direction is agreed, we carefully specify the individual elements that bring it to life.
From tiles and sanitaryware to brassware, furniture, lighting and finishing details, every selection is considered as part of the complete design.
You'll receive a clear proposal outlining the design, specification and costs for your project.
Supply
We coordinate the ordering and supply of the products required for your bathroom.
Working with carefully selected manufacturers and suppliers, we manage lead times and deliveries so that the key elements are ready before your installation begins.
Installation
With the design and specification agreed, our installation team brings the project to life.
From the initial rip-out and preparation through to plumbing, tiling, electrical work, joinery and finishing, the installation is carefully managed to ensure the design is executed as intended.
Handover
Before your new bathroom is complete, we carry out our final checks and make sure every detail meets the standard expected.
We then hand the finished space over to you, along with the relevant product information and warranties.
And our involvement doesn't simply end when the installation is finished. If you need us afterwards, we're here to help.
